I have to admit that I don't like the "rapid response" system: I appreciate the reason for it but prefer to meet medical practitioners in person.
Receptionists are efficient and polite and I think that all the doctors I've met in the practice are highly professional and reassuring in their manner.
A minor point: surgery is positive but bland.
Plants,magazines and some out work would be an improvement.

Seem to get good care every time I came, with answers most of the time!
Could perhaps get given one doctor each time I visit as see anyone available and don't have my own doctor.
